Atlas Shrugged {pt. 3): Coming to the silver screen

Remember when I wrote this and this?

I should be a Hollywood producer. After 51+ years, Atlas Shrugged is a hot property again. Apparently Angelina Jolie, Charlize Theron, Julia Roberts and Anne Hathaway are all vying for the female lead in what could be a blockbuster movie.

The theme couldn't be more timely. Author Ayn Rand postulated for a strong free market, capitalistic society and against government interventionism. She'd certainly be against all these wacky government bailouts. Hmmmmmmmm...don't think she and Barack-star would get along too well.

This is a huge book. I think more than a thousand pages. But, it's so relevant in today's economonic and social environment. If you don't feel like reading it, click here for an online summary.
