Today's Weight Watcher Recipe--3 point mashed potatoes

Just in time for Thanksgiving! Save all your points for dessert.

Mashed Potatoes

3 1/2 pounds white potatoes, peeled and quartered
1 cup non-fat sour cream
1 cup skim milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil the potatoes in water until tender. Drain.

Put potatoes in a mixing bowl and add sour cream, milk, salt and pepper. Beat to desired consistency. Add more sour cream and milk as needed.

6-8 Servings, 3 points/serving
